Enrolment is completed through the Student System. You can log in through your Flinders dashboard (Okta).
- Access the Student System.
- Select My Study.
- Select Manage My Course (choose a course if you have multiple courses).
- Find the ‘Major/Minor’ heading on your study plan (e.g. ‘BBUSN-OP – Major/Minor/Option – Year 2 & 3’). Below this heading you’ll see ‘selection required’ to add your Major/Minor to your study plan. You can add your chosen Major/Minor by clicking the Select button.
- Once you have clicked Select, a list of the available Majors/Minors will be displayed. Click the Add to plan button for your chosen Major/Minor. The topics in that Major/Minor will then populate on your study plan.
- After finalising your selection, click the Plan and Enrol button at the top of the page.
- Click the Plan a study period button at the top of the page.
- Select the Year and Study Period, then click Next.
- A list of topics on your study plan will appear. Click the View button to view topic information.
- Select the check box of the topics you want to add, then click Finish.
- The topics will appear in the study period tile. You’ll need to select your preferred one if there are multiple availabilities.
- Click Enrol to proceed, and an Enrolment Summary will display.
- Click Confirm to complete your enrolment.
Once enrolled, go to My Class Registration to register for your classes.
Please note:
- If you can’t complete your enrolment, you may have mandatory tasks to complete in My Tasks.
- Adding topics to your study plan does not mean you’re enrolled.
