Students are eligible for conferral once they have received an approval date (completion). After your degree/award has been completed you will then be allocated to the next available conferral date. This process occurs automatically and there is no need to apply. All graduates must be conferred in order to attend a Graduation ceremony or to receive their physical and digital testamur.
Students are encouraged to update their details on the Student System in their final semester, in preparation for their degree/award to be conferred. These include your formal name, phonetic name, preferred address, and graduate email.
