Unique Student Identifier, or USI, is your individual education number for life. It also creates an online record of your Australian training achievements.
If you have undertaken any registered training since 2015, such as VET or TAFE courses, you may already have a USI which is a 10 digit code containing upper case letters and numbers.

If you are studying in Australia, you will need to provide your USI to the University to:

  • Domestic Students - be eligible for a Commonwealth supported place (CSP) and Commonwealth financial assistance (HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP, OS-HELP, SA-HELP)
  • International and Domestic Students - graduate and receive your award.
