I received an email from My eQuals letting me know my official University documents are available, however, I am unable to activate My eQuals account. What should I do?

There are a number of reasons you may not be able to activate your My eQuals account. Please lodge an Ask Flinders support request, including your Student number. We will look into the reason why you can’t activate your account and let you know how to resolve the issue.
