Will I be liable for tuition fees at the host university if I do a Cotutelle Doctoral Degree?

No. The Cotutelle Agreement will normally include a tuition fee waiver for the host institution for the time that you are enrolled at the host institution.  However, you will still incur fees at your home institution for this period, unless you are receiving a scholarship or other fee waiver.
