The Flinders Cotutelle Procedures identify that to be eligible for a Cotutelle arrangement students must be enrolled as a full-time student in a doctoral program at their home institution and be in their first year of candidature. Students will need to confirm that they are able to cover the costs of the related expenses, such as travel, accommodation, health insurance etc. You should also check you meet the admission requirements of the host institution.
Other eligibility criteria relate to the benefits of the collaboration and the partner institution, which will need to be of international standing and hold policies and procedures for HDR and Cotutelle arrangements equivalent to Flinders.
