We recommend preparing for your Higher Degree by Research (HDR) thesis submission at least 1 month before your submission due date. Make sure you are familiar with the HDR Thesis Rules and review our Preparing for HDR thesis submission webpage for further guidance.
When you’re ready to submit your thesis for examination, you’ll need to complete the Thesis Submission form in Inspire. You can find this under the Examination tab or select the Thesis Submission milestone from your timeline.
You’ll need to upload the following files as part of your submission:
- Your thesis in pdf file format
- An iThenticate report for your full final thesis
- A Co-authorship approval form if you have included co-authored work in your thesis
Your submission will be reviewed by the Office of Graduate Research, and may be returned if any revisions are required to ensure the HDR Thesis Rules are met.
