Do I need to declare publications on my co-authorship form if I am the sole author?

If you are the sole author of a publication and you include material from the published work in your thesis then you will need to reference the work in the standard format.  You will not need to declare the publication on the ‘Co-authorship Form’ if you are a sole author.
