Your accumulated HELP debt is indexed annually on the 1st of June in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Indexation is applied by the Australian Tax Office (ATO) each year to the part of your debt that has remained unpaid for 11 months or more. The indexation figure is available on the Study Assist website.
