This error message indicates that you have an unpaid student services and amenities fee amount. Select 'View/Pay Non-course Fees' from the 'My Finances' menu in the Student System to confirm the amount owing.
Once the outstanding amount has been paid, the sanction will be lifted and you will be able to enrol. See Payment methods for information on how to make payments.
