During enrolment, and especially on days when topics and classes are made available or at the start of semester, there can be a high number of Ask Flinders Support Requests submitted, and sometimes it takes a little longer to receive a response.   Please be assured that Flinders University staff are working hard to resolve your queries as quickly as possible.

Don't forget, you can always check the status of your request by logging back into Ask Flinders and selecting the 'My Support' tab (located near the top of the page) at any time.  You can also check your student email for updates.
