Flinders University has well-equipped fitness and sporting facilities at the Bedford Park campus. Through our partners, FlindersOne, we offer cheap fitness memberships that include access to cardio and weights rooms, the gymnasium and classes including the Les Mills’ Body program, spin classes, pilates, step and boxing. Additional CrossFit, self-defence, boot camp, Zumba, yoga and meditation sessions are also available, along with personal training, physiotherapy and massage services. There’s even a women’s-only gym.
If you are more of a team player, you can hire the sports hall and equipment for basketball, volleyball or badminton. Our three sports fields also accommodate a range of sports including soccer, touch football, baseball and cricket. There are also squash courts, tennis courts and rackets for hire.
