Ask Flinders can be used in two ways; to search our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), or to lodge a request for support.

To search the FAQs:

  • Enter a keyword in the search field, or click on the FAQs button, and select the option that best describes the area your question related to (Current Student, Future Student or Higher Degrees by Research)
  • Select one of the categories to view the FAQs for the topic (the Current Students section also has sub-menus)
  • Select the relevant question to find your answer

If you cannot find the question you are after, you can submit an online support request. To do this, select 'My Support' from at the top of the page. If you are a current student, you will be prompted to sign in (if you haven't already). The 'My Support Summary' page will appear, which provides an overview of all of your support requests. You can view open, closed or all cases. Click the blue 'Open a new request' button to create a new support request. Fill in the form with as much detail as you can, including supporting documentation (if relevant) to help us process your request as quickly as possible.

Once you have submitted your support request, an email will be sent to your Flinders email account confirming your request has been received. You can check the status and progress of your request, or provide additional information, by clicking on the case via 'My Support' on Ask Flinders. You will also receive updates via your Flinders email account.

If you need further assistance, please contact Flinders Connect.
