If you know your current password but want to change it:
You can change your FAN password by logging into your Flinders Dashbaord (‘Okta dashboard’) and updating your personal settings.

  1. Click on Settings in the menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on Update Profile.
  3. Confirm your current password.
  4. Verify your password with MFA if you are prompted to do so.
  5. Update your FAN password in the Change Password section.

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Open the Okta Forgot Password page:
  2. Select a secondary email or phone number to reset your password:

Reset via SMS

  1. Select Reset via SMS
  2. Enter the verification code from the SMS you receive
  3. Click Verify

 Reset via email

  1. Select Reset via Email
  2. Click on the reset link in the email
