If you know your current password but want to change it
You can change your FAN password by logging into your Flinders Dashboard (‘Okta dashboard’) and updating your personal settings.
- Click on your name in the top right of your dashboard
- Click on ' My Settings' in the menu .
- Verify your password with MFA if you are prompted to do so.
- Click 'Security methods' in the left hand menu.
- Update your FAN password by clicking "Update" in the Password section.
If you have forgotten your password
- Open the Okta Forgot Password page: flinders.okta.com/signin/forgot-password
- Select a secondary email or phone number to reset your password:
Reset via SMS
- Select Reset via SMS
- Enter the verification code from the SMS you receive
- Click Verify
Reset via email
- Select Reset via Email
- Click on the reset link in the email
