FEE-HELP is a government loan scheme that assists eligible students who have not been admitted to a Commonwealth Supported place to defer their tuition fees. You don’t start repaying your FEE-HELP debt until your income is above the minimum threshold for compulsory repayments, set by the Australian government. For further information, visit FEE-HELP.
To obtain FEE-HELP you must complete a Request for FEE-HELP assistance form.
- Access the Student System.
- Select My Tasks and complete the required tasks.
- A FEE-HELP assistance form will be displayed in My Tasks for eligible students to submit.
- Click Respond.
- Fill out the required fields and submit the form.
To view a record of your form:
- Go to My Study.
- Select Manage My Course.
- Select Government Assistance.
- Find and view a record of your form.
To prevent your enrolment from being cancelled, submit a completed Request for FEE-HELP assistance form by the relevant census dates.
