If your application is complete, with all questions answered and all supporting documents uploaded, the status of your application will read “unassessed”. This status will remain until the closing date for applications.
Shortly after the application closing date, the status will change to “verified”, this indicates that an initial assessment of your application has taken place.
All scholarship applications will be assessed after the closing date. The assessment process normally takes takes approximately three to four weeks.
Once the assessment process has been completed, you will receive formal notification of the outcome of your scholarship application. This is usually sent to your Flinders University email.
Please note that Higher Degree Research Scholarship applications, for International and Domestic HDR scholarships, are awarded by the HDR Scholarship Committee. The meetings to award scholarships for these rounds are currently held in October and December each year. Successful applications for these scholarships are notified after the Scholarship Committee convened and awarded scholarships in October and December each year.
