If you are enrolling in a combined degrees program, you must normally complete a Request for Commonwealth Assistance form (CAF) for each of your courses.

Students enrolling in the following combined degrees programs need to complete one CAF only:

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Bachelor of Arts
Bachelor of Education (Junior Primary/Primary), Bachelor of Arts
Bachelor of Education (Junior Primary/Primary), Bachelor of Science
Bachelor of Education (Middle School), Bachelor of Arts
Bachelor of Education (Middle School), Bachelor of Health Sciences
Bachelor of Education (Middle School), Bachelor of Science
Bachelor of Education (Secondary), Bachelor of Arts
Bachelor of Education (Secondary), Bachelor of Health Sciences
Bachelor of Education (Secondary), Bachelor of Science

If you are enrolling in more than one course as a Commonwealth supported student (e.g. Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Languages), you must complete a CAF for each of your courses.

You will also need to complete an additional CAF for SA-HELP if you wish to defer your student services and amenities fees.  Visit the SA-HELP page for more details.
