If you received your first certificate during or after 2014, the PEP unit may have an emailed copy of your clearance. You should email the PEP unit at clinical.placements@flinders.edu.au and politely request that they check to see if they can provide you with this evidence.
Otherwise, you should email the DCSI Screening Team to ask if they can provide any supporting documentation to assist you until you are able to reapply for a clearance.
