The census date for a topic is the day when a Commonwealth supported student incurs a student contribution amount and a fee-paying student incurs a tuition fee.
Non-semester topics (e.g. summer schools, intensives)
The census date for non-semester topics is the day after 20% of the combined teaching and assessment period has elapsed, unless this day falls on a weekend, then the census date will be the following Monday. Use the Topics pages to view exact dates relating to your summer and other non-semester topics.
Census dates appear on your Enrolment Statement. This can be generated from the Student System by selecting My Study and then 'Self Service Reports' from the left-hand side menu. For more information about other key enrolment dates please refer to the Critical enrolment dates page.
