Once you receive an email from My eQuals letting you know your digital documents are ready, you need to activate your My eQuals account. To activate your account:
- Click the link in your email.
- Enter your FAN and Password and click log in.
- Enter your personal email address.
- You’ll receive an activation email to your personal account.
- Click Activate My Account
- Enter your details and click Submit
