The name on your parchment is your formal name as recorded in the Student System. This is usually your first (or given) name, middle name(s) then last (or family) name. We strongly recommend that you check this via the Student System under the 'My Details' menu.
Requests to change your name must be lodged with Flinders Connect at least four weeks prior to your graduation ceremony and must be accompanied by documentation that shows the correct/preferred spelling of your name. Changes made after this will incur an A$50 replacement parchment fee.
